The mission of quality management is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by continuously improving products through development, documentation, and implementation of a comprehensive quality management program.
IDAJ strongly believes that achieving high levels of quality is essential for meeting business objectives. Quality, as a key source of competitive advantage, is a distinctive feature of the company's products. High quality is not an added value; it is a fundamental and essential requirement. Quality relates not only to the final products, but also to the way the company's staff do their work and the work processes they follow to produce products or services. Therefore, work processes are defined as efficient and continuously improving as possible. The company's staff are the most important resource for quality improvement.
At IDAJ, every individual shares responsibility for the product quality. Quality planning determines which standards are relevant and how they can be met (design, analysis, benchmarking). Quality assurance activities ensure that IDAJ has all the processes needed to meet requirements (e.g., quality audits). Quality control ensures that the quality standards defined in the quality plan are met.
Due to the implementation of quality management throughout the company, IDAJ achieves an impressive score of 99 out of 100 from SAPCo and successfully produced parts with near-zero defects (ppm rejected parts ≈ 0).
The company’s quality system is audited and assessed not only by major customer (such as SAPCo, RENAULT, SAZEH GOSTAR ...) but also by reputable third-party certification bodies. For this reason, IDAJ proudly holds the following certification: ISO TS 16949: 2015, ISO 9001: 2008, SAPCO Grade A and Sazeh Gostar Grade B certificates.
