Production
Having two large manufacturing plants (7000 m² + 8200 m²) with sufficient workshop space (over 4000 m²) has enabled IDAJ to produce more than 2,000,000 pieces of torsion bars and anti-roll bars, 300,000 units of rear drum brakes and 180,000 units of brake boosters annually. This capacity has been achieved through the use of modern production facilities as well as trained and professional staff.
All production workshops such as the press workshop, heat treatment workshop, machining workshops, assembly workshops, paint workshop, etc. are equipped with modern machinery. An advanced preventive and predictive maintenance system is well established in place to keep the machinery and facilities at their best performance. In addition, IDAJ continuously improves its production methods, processes, machinery, facilities, working environment, safety and people's knowledge.
Since producing the highest-quality products is IDAJ’s main goal; All products are strictly controlled and checked for quality and traceability not only during the production process but also before delivery to customers. IDAJ uses advanced testing machines, gauges, control fixtures and tools that are regularly calibrated according to calibration schedules, a well-stablished quality control system ensures that all products leaving the company meet desired standard.

• Establishing a new factory is Shahr-e Qods in a land of 3000 m² with 1950 m² production and office area
